I believe savvy research and relationship-building are the keys to shipping great products. Over 10+ years I’ve led teams from top global brands to successfully innovate through deep customer understanding and strong internal partnerships. My passion is helping people at all levels within organizations learn to effectively leverage and communicate research — and sometimes that means enabling them to collect data themselves.
I currently work as a private UX strategy consultant. I’ve formerly worked in-house for Microsoft’s HoloLens experiences group, the Bing search engine, and an experimental media and advertising lab established by Disney. Recently, my work has focused on customer development for emerging technologies, particularly identifying and validating opportunities where user needs and business needs intersect.
I’m happily based out of Austin, Texas, though I do work remotely. I welcome conversations about strategy, research, and emerging technology.
