User-centered research for business models

I help teams bring research-based, user-centered perspectives to business and product strategy.  In my work with companies such as Microsoft and Disney, I’ve guided over $300 million in developer time, advertising, and organizational restructuring.  Recently, my work has focused on emerging spatial technologies such as HoloLens, VR/AR, and IOT.

I currently run a customer research consulting firm based in Austin, TX.  My passion is empowering people at all levels within organizations to effectively leverage, communicate, and (often) conduct their own research.
